Open your device Settings → App Store (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions → AiSkin → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Open AiSkin → Settings → "Delete My Data". This permanently removes all server-side data linked to your device. Local data is deleted when you uninstall the app.
AI analysis works best with good lighting, no makeup, and a clean face. Try scanning in natural daylight near a window. If results are still unexpected, let us know at [email protected] with a screenshot and we'll investigate.
Try going to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. If it doesn't work, email us at [email protected] with your device platform (iOS/Android) and approximate purchase date.
