1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AiSkin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AiSkin. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you may use the service only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. Users in the European Economic Area must be at least 16 years old unless local law permits a lower age with parental consent. AiSkin is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, please contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
3. Description of Service
AiSkin provides AI-powered skin analysis and ingredient scanning for informational purposes. The App analyzes selfie photos to generate a skin health score, metrics, and personalized skincare routine suggestions. It also scans cosmetic product labels to identify and flag ingredients.
4. Not Medical Advice
AiSkin is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. The skin analysis, scores, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and educational purposes only.
- Do not use AiSkin as a substitute for professional dermatological consultation
- Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider before making any medical decisions
- If you have skin conditions, allergies, or health concerns, seek professional medical advice
- Ingredient safety flags are based on general dermatological databases and may not account for your specific medical history
- AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as medical truth
5. Third-Party AI Processing & Consent
AiSkin uses OpenAI large language and vision models, accessed through OpenRouter, a third-party API gateway. We require your explicit consent before any face images, skin profile data, or ingredient lists are transmitted to these processors. Before any data is sent, the app will present a consent dialog explaining what data will be shared. You must explicitly agree before any data is transmitted. 6. User Accounts
AiSkin uses anonymous device-based authentication. You do not need to create an account with personal credentials. Your device is assigned a unique identifier that allows us to manage your subscription and usage quota.
7. Subscription and Payments
AiSkin offers a free tier (3 AI-powered analyses total) and Premium subscriptions (weekly and annual plans). Current prices and any applicable free trials are displayed within the app before purchase. Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
- Free Tier: 3 AI-powered analyses total at no cost
- Premium Subscription: Weekly and annual plans, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store at the prices shown in the app at the time of purchase
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings (or Google Play subscription settings on Android). Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use automated systems or bots to access the service
- Upload images that do not contain human faces or cosmetic labels for the purpose of abusing the AI analysis
- Circumvent usage quotas, rate limits, or subscription requirements
- Share or redistribute analysis results as professional medical or dermatological advice
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, AI models, and trademarks within AiSkin are owned by VAST FLOW. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
Your selfie photos and skin profile data remain your property. By using the App, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your photos for the purpose of providing the skin analysis service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AiSkin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated analysis results
- We are not liable for any health decisions made based on information from the App
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim
11. Availability
We strive to keep AiSkin available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AiSkin if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon account deletion or uninstallation, all device identifiers, usage quotas, and associated server records are purged from our servers within 30 days. Face images are never stored on our servers (see Privacy Policy §3), so no face data retention applies.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Astana, Kazakhstan.
